To accommodate these changes while respecting the Academy’s preparation and energetic alignment, scheduled bookings of all kinds (including mentorship sessions, tarot readings, and consultations) can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. This window allows the Academy to reallocate its focus and ensures that the "seed" of the ritual is not wasted.
III.II The Finality of Paid and Scheduled Bookings
Once a booking or service has been paid and scheduled, the transaction is considered a crystallized intent. Therefore, there are no refunds for paid and scheduled services. Once a digital product is purchased and accessed, it cannot be "returned" or "un-seen," and thus it becomes a permanent part of the seeker’s personal grimoire. In this formula, ‘X’ represents the remaining unengaged months of the enrollment term, and the value of 300$ constitutes the "Abdication Fee". The term "abdication" signifies the seeker’s formal relinquishment of their position and responsibilities within the Academy. An arc term is defined as the current element of study or the specific module of the curriculum that has been unlocked for the seeker. Engaging with the material (whether by logging into the learning management system, downloading the month’s scrolls, or upon orientation) constitutes the beginning of the term and the finality of the payment for that period.

If an individual is deemed dangerous to themselves or others, or appears to be experiencing a severe "Behavioral Health Crisis" the Academy reserves the right to expel the seeker automatically or deny servicing. A behavioral health crisis is a situation in which a person is experiencing acute distress, disorientation, or disturbance in their thinking, emotions, or behavior that places them at risk of harm. Such symptoms may include extreme agitation, hallucinations, delusions, or being significantly "out of touch with reality".
V.II Empathy and the Person-First Perspective
The Academy handles these situations with empathy and respect, utilizing "person-first" language to maintain the individual’s dignity. We recognize that experiencing a mental health condition is a common part of the human experience and does not diminish a person’s inherent worth. However, because the Academy is an institution of magick and spirit (not a hospital, clinic, or law enforcement agency) it lacks the professional resources to provide the necessary clinical care during an acute crisis.
V.III Emergency Resource Redirection
If a seeker is experiencing severe trauma, acute illness, or a behavioral health crisis, they are urged to call their local emergency services or a specialized crisis hotline. The Academy’s role is to provide spiritual mentorship, but in moments of physical or psychological peril, the medical and emergency professionals are the required path.
