Intellectual Property & Usage Policy
Effective Date: 1/16/2026
Applies To: All visitors, clients, seekers, members, and any party accessing materials published by The Aetherium Academy (“the Academy,” “we,” “us”).
1) Purpose
This policy exists to protect the Academy’s original work, maintain the integrity of our curriculum and systems, and prevent misuse, repackaging, or dilution of Academy materials. The Academy is a living institution with proprietary frameworks; access is a privilege, not a license to reproduce.
2) Key Definitions
For clarity, the following terms have specific meaning in this policy:
Academy Materials: Any content produced, published, or distributed by the Academy, including but not limited to text, course architecture, curricula, lesson plans, frameworks, templates, checklists, rituals, spreads, correspondences, titles, naming conventions, terminology, graphics, icons, PDFs, downloads, audio/video, livestream recordings, and website content.
Protected IP: The Academy’s unique systems and expressions, including (without limitation) the Elemental Arc, Tenets & Philosophy, Orders/Order system, Arcane Arts structure, branded “spaces,” taxonomies, branded terms, and any distinctive written language or instructional methods used by the Academy.
Personal Notes: A seeker’s private reflections, journaling, and personal takeaways created by the seeker, not copied from Academy Materials.
Public Sharing: Posting, uploading, quoting, reformatting, republishing, recording, distributing, selling, or otherwise making content available to others (free or paid) online or offline.

8) Member Contributions and Testimonials
You retain ownership of your original personal writing, reflections, and testimonials.
By submitting testimonials, reviews, or content directly to Academy channels, you grant the Academy permission to display, repost, and archive that content for promotional and community purposes (unless you explicitly state otherwise at the time of submission).
You may not repost other members’ contributions without their clear consent.
9) Enforcement
The Academy actively protects its intellectual property and institutional integrity. If we believe content has been misused, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
Revoking access (Visitor Pass, membership, course access, community spaces)
