Mentorship at The Aetherium is a one-year immersive journey through the Elemental Arc, personally guided by Headmistress Laura B. Charlotte.

The purpose of mentorship is simple: to provide a structured, interactive, and deeply personal path of becoming. Whether you are new to the Craft or refining years of practice, mentorship offers a streamlined system that cuts through confusion, replaces scattered fragments with clarity, and supports you in building a strong foundation of magickal mastery and self-exaltation.

What You Will Experience

Over the course of your mentorship, you will:

1. Move through 8 elemental phases, each lasting 6 weeks.

2. Receive a new syllabus each week with lessons, readings, rituals, meditations, and exercises.

3. Complete assessments, tests, exams, and reflections that track and deepen your growth.

4. Work directly with the Headmistress, receiving feedback and personalized guidance.

5. Engage with a recursive system. Each cycle builds upon the last, ensuring full integration.

The Structure

Length: 12 months total

Payment: Month by month ($200 per month)

Phases: 8 phases (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Shadow, Light, Void, Aether)

Interval: 6 weeks per phase, broken down into weekly sub-arcs

This process is designed to be both immersive and flexible. Seekers may opt out at any time, but those who commit to the full year will leave with a well-rounded mastery of elemental magick and a transformed sense of self.

The First Step: The Consultation

No seeker is admitted into mentorship without first completing an initial consultation with the Headmistress.

• Length: 1 hour minimum

• Times: 11am–9pm PST

• Purpose: To ensure readiness, competence, and compatibility for mentorship.

• If mentorship spaces are full, seekers may join the waiting list (first come, first serve, guarantees only an interview when space becomes available).

Who May Apply?

Mentorship is designed to take a novice seeker into a foundational mastery of magick, but all are welcome to apply.

The Aetherium does not demand blind faith or subservience, only personal experience and embodiment of truth. This path is for seekers ready to step into a current that is interactive, curated, and transformative.
