The First Step: Applying

Before anyone may enter mentorship, an application must be submitted. This application is our vetting process which ensures that the Seeker is ready, competent, eager, and compatible with the journey ahead.

The application is more than a formality, it is your first step into The Aetherium Academy. It allows the Headmistress to understand your path, your goals, and your readiness to commit to a year of transformation.

Acceptance & Orientation

Upon acceptance, you will receive a formal Acceptance Email from the Headmistress. This message contains all critical information needed to begin, including:

1. Your official welcome into The Aetherium Academy.

2. Instructions for accessing the Academy Google Drive, which houses our ‘Magickal Mentorship’ ecosystem.

3. The date and time of your Orientation Session, your very first task as a Seeker.

Within your Google Drive ecosystem, you will find:

1. The Elemental Arc · Your current phase and weekly assignments.

2. Resources · Your Seeker Profile, Invoices, Gradebook, Seeker’s Grimoire, Overviews, Responses, & more.

3. Help · Guidance for navigating your folders, contacting the Headmistress, and accessing an archive of FAQs.

To participate, you must have access to Google Drive (free to use). This will serve as your personal portal to the Academy, where all study materials, reflections, and progress are housed.

Your Orientation date will be confirmed in your Acceptance Email, officially marking the beginning of your journey within The Aetherium.

Structure of Mentorship

Mentorship is month-to-month for a total of 12 months, though seekers may opt out at any time.

• Payment: $200 per month (4 weeks).

• Total: 12 months of curated guidance, paid monthly.

• Curriculum

  The mentorship path follows the Elemental Arc

  • 8 Phases (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Shadow, Light, Void, Aether).

  • Each phase lasts 6 weeks, with a sub-arc woven into each to ensure complete immersion.

Weekly Immersion

Every week, seekers will receive a new syllabus highlighting their lessons and assignments.

These may include:

• Articles & Academic Readings

• Assessments & Exercises

• Spells & Rituals

• Meditations & Reflections

• Tests & Evaluations

This rhythm ensures that you are not only learning magick but actively living it.

Resources & Academy Folder

Each seeker is given access to The Aetherium Academy Folder. Our private sanctuary within the Academy’s digital halls.

Inside you will find:

• Your Seeker Profile

• Invoice Records

• Archived Materials

• Weekly Syllabi

• The Seeker’s Grimoire (exclusive rituals, spells, and techniques)

• Additional Resources curated for your journey

This folder grows with you, evolving into a complete record of your year of study and transformation.

Designed for Transformation

This is not another cut and dry mentorship program. It is a one year alchemical process that refines, transforms, and empowers the Seeker.

Our process uses The Elemental Arc: a highly immersive, interactive, and streamlined magick experience, created to exalt your path to self-mastery.

It is intended to take a novice seeker into a foundational mastery of magick, though all are welcome to apply, regardless of prior experience. It is a one-year alchemical process that refines, transforms, and empowers.
